Lena Steinberg

Professional Mediator and Decision-Making Facilitator

For nearly two decades, I’ve been helping people navigate conflict, move through indecision, and achieve collectively beneficial outcomes.

In my HR and program management work, I’m often tasked with ushering teams through uncertainty and ambiguity. While many shy away from this challenging arena, I’ve found that my innate empathy and compassion, coupled with my penchant for pragmatism, give me a natural affinity for this work.

As a person with late-diagnosed AuDHD, I’m particularly sensitive to the nuances of communication between neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals.

I’m passionate about helping my clients find clarity—and doing so with compassion. Here are some ways I can help:

  • Guiding couples through key decisions needed to file for a divorce in the most amicable and objective way

  • Facilitating team decisions or working through disagreements or difficult periods of major projects

  • Helping executive teams move forward when key decisions need to be made and consensus just isn't there

  • Guiding leaders to succeed in new organizations as they settle in with their new teams

  • Helping individuals navigate confusing or frustrating work-related or interpersonal issues
